Being in a calm, relaxed state helps your body, your hormonal and reproductive systems, to work at an optimal level to help nature do its best. Reflexology creates the perfect environment for a balanced mind and body, to support you and your growing baby. A maternity reflexology session takes the pressure off your body, helping you to relax and de-stress. Reflexology also promotes good blood and lymphatic flow so can help with swollen feet, legs and ankles. Reflexology is a natural therapy which may help to alleviate common pregnancy symptoms such as aches and pains, fatigue, restless legs and constipation. Treatment includes a full consultation.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy (24-hour notice)** We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - 24+ hours’ notice: No charge. You can reschedule or cancel without penalty. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full treatment fee may be charged. - No-shows: The full treatment fee will be charged. - Late arrival: Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full fee still applies. If you’re unwell or there’s an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
