A lovely treatment to bring back balance to body and mind. Reflexology can be helpful in managing insomnia, neck, shoulder and back pain, tension, muscular aches, stress, anxiety, menopausal symptoms, hormone imbalances, migraines, tension headaches and IBS. Each session is tailored to the individual. Treatment includes a full consultation.
Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy (24-hour notice)** We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - 24+ hours’ notice: No charge. You can reschedule or cancel without penalty. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full treatment fee may be charged. - No-shows: The full treatment fee will be charged. - Late arrival: Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full fee still applies. If you’re unwell or there’s an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
