You can reschedule or cancel without penalty. - Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full treatment fee may be charged. - No-shows: The full treatment fee will be charged. - Late arrival: Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full fee still applies. If you’re unwell or there’s an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
